Cosmodemonic Telegraph is the musical off-shoot of Hozomeen Press and was launched in 2000 for the release of Transmission 1: Tea at the Palaz of Hoon. There were previously releases on Pop Rocket Records and Hozomeen Press Recordings that date back another 10 years and include cds and tapes and vinyl from Magpie, Grand Passion, Dos, Black Pig Liberation Front and a bunch more. As with the press, we sort of roll with the ebb and flow of it all and so our output is sometimes inconsistent at best. Seems like we're in another busy season with a lot of great acts rising up in the New London scene here in the middle of nowhere Connecticut and we're here to help make it happen. With hope you'll see a lot of activity on this here site in the coming months and years and hear our name and that of the acts we represent on the airwaves and in the blogs and beyond in the near. sure do, tho obviously we can't guarantee we'll be able to put your record out. we're always psyched to check out new tunes. thing is for now, the label is genuinely focused on putting our little town of New London, CT on the map so unless you're reading this on bank or state street or ocean or willets then we're probably not going to be able to help you right off the bat. please don't email mp3s or large files, tho links to websites are great. that said, please send anything ya like to:

Are you all satan worshippers or something?
well, no, we're not. the name is actually a reference to Henry Miller and i s'pose refers to the fact that we're working it for the man to get this music out. it's a sexy name, dontcha think? we actually had to cancel an event to showcase some acts we were working with down in New York at one point because the club owner refused to print the name on flyers cuz he thought it went against then-Mayor Rudy's morality laws. unbelievable.
